SECTION 18: NO-REASON RETURN POLICY

To maintain our competitive pricing, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or personal preference once an order is processed. Only verified manufacturing defects reported within 7 days are eligible for review.

SECTION 19: TERMINATION OF CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT

The liabilities and obligations incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the dissolution of this agreement. We may terminate your access at our discretion if we suspect non-compliance with any provision of this agreement.

SECTION 20: ENTIRETY OF AGREEMENT

While we manage fulfillment with care, HISTORYOFMINOR is not liable for delays caused by external carriers or customs authorities. The title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon our delivery of the goods to the shipping carrier.

SECTION 23: MANDATORY DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Parties agree that any conflict shall first be addressed through informal negotiation via support@historyofminor.com for a period of no less than 30 days before seeking formal legal remedy.
